Freedom and responsibility
We understand freedom as the right of the individual to act without restrictions, provided that his or her actions do not interfere with the rights of others. Children have a wide margin to put into practice the activities they need for their own development. On the other hand, the environment surrounding the children also demands a degree of responsibility from them, commensurate with their level of development and the degree of freedom they enjoy.
Inclusion
We consider this value as one that incorporates individual differences as enriching features for a group of people. Inclusion communicates the feeling of belonging to a group and the development of a sense of community. Inclusion embraces diversity (cultural, sexual, physical, functional and linguistic) in all areas of life.
Respect
We contemplate respect for children and their learning pace, style and process. It is an intrinsic value among all sectors of the educational community that favors human relationships cultivated from love.
Solidarity
We teach children to work as a team, to share, to yield, to respect and to coexist with other people, avoiding individualism and selfishness. We attach special importance to being able to consider other people's needs, in addition to our own, as the basis for a harmonious and relaxed atmosphere.
Honesty
We understand this value as a congruent attitude towards life in which thinking, feeling, speaking and acting are synchronized, which leads us to take awareness and make decisions that bring us closer to personal wellbeing.
Trust
Understood as a hypothesis about the future behavior of the other. It is an attitude that concerns the future, insofar as this future depends on the action of another person. Trust among the members of the educational community is an indispensable value for the development of the project, so it is important to work within a framework of mutual trust.
Humility
We understand humility as the knowledge of one's own weaknesses and limitations as well as the importance of acting accordingly. This allows us to admit a mistake, share the knowledge we have learned and recognize the talents of others.
